1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jetk7 account, accessing the jetk7 website at https://jetk7.io, or using any jetk7 services including cricket betting, live casino games, and slots, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jetk7 (the "Platform," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jetk7 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of jetk7 services following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all jetk7 services accessed by players located in Bangladesh, including but not limited to sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), slot games, and all promotional offers. Supplementary terms may apply to specific promotions, tournaments, or features, and will be communicated separately when applicable.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

All jetk7 players must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. jetk7 strictly enforces this age requirement in compliance with responsible gaming standards and Bangladesh legal frameworks. Players who attempt to register using false age information or identity documents will have their accounts immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

By creating a jetk7 account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online betting activities in your jurisdiction, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2.2 Account Ownership and Restrictions

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) jetk7 account only. Creating multiple accounts under different names, email addresses, or using different devices to circumvent this restriction is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. jetk7 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any player found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or share your jetk7 account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Accurate Information Requirement

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered to your name. jetk7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• National ID Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Passport with photograph and date of birth clearly visible
• Driving license with photograph and address
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement) dated within the last 3 months
• Photograph holding your ID next to your face (selfie verification)

Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until identity verification is completed. Accounts that fail to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of the request will be suspended until verification is completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jetk7 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer from major Bangladesh banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion fees applied.

Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit: ৳100,000 per transaction (higher limits available for verified VIP accounts). Deposits are credited to your jetk7 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jetk7 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request. Maximum withdrawal: ৳500,000 per week for standard accounts (higher limits for VIP accounts). Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-24 hours to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. First-time withdrawals require identity verification to be completed before processing.

Withdrawals must be made to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. jetk7 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to unverified accounts or accounts that do not match the registered player name.

Bonus funds and promotional credits cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements (if applicable) are fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jetk7 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service. Suspicious transaction patterns, including rapid deposits and withdrawals without significant betting activity, will trigger investigation and may result in account suspension pending AML review.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jetk7, including cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football betting, and other sports markets, are subject to the specific terms and odds displayed at the time of bet placement. jetk7 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced (except for live in-play betting where explicitly offered), bets placed using incorrect odds due to technical errors, or bets on matches that are subsequently canceled or postponed.

Settlement of sports bets is based on official results published by the governing sporting body. Bets on cricket matches are settled based on the official result declared by the ICC, BPL, IPL, or relevant tournament authority. In cases of match abandonment or no result declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has been determined by the governing body.

Maximum bet limits: jetk7 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type, and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Players who consistently place bets at or near maximum limits may have their accounts subject to enhanced monitoring.

4.2 Casino Game Rules

All live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows) and slot games available on jetk7 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures are determined by the game provider and displayed within each game interface.

• Arbitrage betting: Using multiple accounts or platforms to place opposing bets that guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, or using systematic strategies to clear bonus wagering requirements without risk
• Insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information that gives an unfair advantage (e.g., advance knowledge of team lineups, pitch conditions, or player injuries not yet publicly announced)
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets on jetk7
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing in live casino games to transfer funds to another player (collusion)

jetk7 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect these activities. Accounts found engaging in prohibited practices will be permanently banned, pending balances forfeited, and details reported to relevant authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Upon account suspension, your access to jetk7 services will be immediately disabled. Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. Withdrawal of legitimate account balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds or balances obtained through prohibited activities) will be permitted after investigation is completed.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours. All outstanding balances must be withdrawn before account closure is finalized.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jetk7 platform including but not limited to the jetk7 logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds displays, promotional materials, and trademarks are the exclusive property of jetk7 or our licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jetk7 content without express written permission.

The jetk7 name and brand are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of jetk7 branding or intellectual property for commercial purposes, including creation of fake websites or phishing attempts, will result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By using jetk7 services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetk7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of funds in your jetk7 account at the time the claim arose.

jetk7 is not responsible for: (a) technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that prevent access to the platform; (b) delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks); (c) outcomes of bets or games, which are determined by random chance or sporting event results outside our control; or (d) actions taken by third-party game providers that affect game availability or functionality.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction governing these Terms & Conditions. Each party shall bear their own costs associated with arbitration proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

jetk7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to players via email notification to the registered email address on your account, or through prominent on-site notification upon your next jetk7 login.

Continued use of jetk7 services following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the platform and close your account. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates when these terms were last revised.

13. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jetk7 regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Waiver: jetk7's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without jetk7's prior written consent. jetk7 may assign these terms to any affiliated entity or successor without your consent.
